Arkangel

Arkangel is a  Venezuelan heavy metal band that was born in the second half of the 70. In the year 1981, the brothers Picozzi (Giorgio and Giancarlo), Breno Diaz, Freddy Marshall and Paul Silvestre Gillman, the principle was the banda name Powerage.
Arkangel's history dates back to 1978, when five students from the city of Valencia (Venezuela), which shared similar musical tastes; decide to pool their efforts and talents, to form a banda de rock with new ideas, which could prompt the movement of rock and metal, which at that time not being spent more than a stream underground, in a country dominated by musical styles such as disco music, salsa and other Caribbean trends purely commercial.
